WordPress Based Real Estate Type Website

Description:

I require a WordPress based website, capable of listing properties for rent only.

These properties can be added by users via front-end forms (I don't want users to be able to visit the backend of WordPress). They can add images, locations for Google Maps, details about the property etc
They will then be required to make a payment for the listing to appear on the website via PayPal or possibly GoCardless.
They are able to add more than one property.
I will require different levels of prices such as Basic Listing, Featured etc with different price ranges.
All of this will be editable for me via the backend.

I will also require an advanced search functionality.

There are several themes out there that do bits n bobs of what I want, but not one of them do it all.
