Word press site set up

I need someone to set up the Wordpress template on the hosting service I've set up... I have the web address. My issue is that I can't get the functionality to work the way it looks like on the demo - pictures won't load into the posts.
I've tried to do this twice but hit a media-upload error and a 404 error.
The outcome that I want is that the Wordpress template that I bought is installed and the functionality of adding pictures and video (part of the templates core design) works just like the demo shows, so that I can populate the website my self.
I feel that for someone with experience this will only take a few hours.
