Wind down my limited company

Hi all,

I require an accountant to wind down my company i used briefly as a contractor. The company has been dormant for the last year so i want to close it up and release the funds in the most efficient manner.

I don't know what needs to be done so would expect you to guide me through the process and i would want you to manage the wind down on my behalf. I expect various forms will need to be completed and no housekeeping has been done on the accounts bar paying Vat etc.
