London, GBHis calculations had an error in which showed I had a huge potential tax bill. When I pointed this out it he revised it and it then showed I would have no tax due. Quite a large error unfortunately which left me worrying over the weekend until the mistake was rectified.

Hi Andrew,
the revised calculation was based on the rental period July-Aug 2013, as mentioned before rental was assumed previously as you didn't mention exact rental period before.
I apologise for the error and as I didn't have the exact period hence calculation was based on assumption.
