Websites interface English to Polish translation

Hello, I am looking for a Polish translator who could translate a web interface for a startup project specialised in tourism: http://fanmaps.com/en/beta/euro2012/poznan

There are 579 words (please see the attachment). All words and phrases will be provided in English collected in a single Google Docs spreadsheet (image preview2). You will need to have a google account to access this document.

We also may be adding bits and pieces later, as well as translating marketing materials for Euro 2012 (but that will be another job).
