Website to connect experts with users

I want to create a website so that a user can connect and discuss a problem with an expert such as a laywer,accountant,proffessor,etc.The user will pay a subscription(monthly or yearly) in order to have access to all these experts and talk with them online.On the other side,the experts will have their own personal account in order to manage the users,questions,etc.In addition there must be a system to show which expert is online,a rating system and a payment gateway such as paypal and credit/debit card.
The site must be EXTREMELY easy to use and have a clean,fresh theme.
I prefer to use a cms like wordpress,but this is not compulsory.
Prefer freelancers with previous work and portfolio.
