We are looking to get a set of terms and conditions written out for our online property portal. The terms need to be very comprehensive and must cover every aspect of the site including the services/features it offers. There are three main types of users that will be using the site:
1) Visitors - Searching for properties.
2) Private Landlords & Sellers - advertising their properties.
3) Agents - Advertising their properties.
Please note that we are not an estate agency but an advertising platforms for properties. Similar to rightmove or zoopla.
It would be an advantage if you are from a legal background or have experience in drafting terms and conditions.
