Website Redesigns

I am looking for someone with excellent designs and Joomla development skills. I need you to redesign my Joomla travel website with unique designs not a copy of a template. Currently, I post my tours/holidays in article manager. I need a showcase or picture gallery, search functionality, and a reservation page added. If my customers like my quotation, they can come back and pay through a payment form or a Paypal link added to it.

I’d like a fully functional website, retain my current website features with additional features. All pages must be working properly. Please submit your proposal with samples. I prefer someone with experience in designing a property or a holiday website.

Requirements:
- Compliance to W3C Validation
- Fix all tags problems such as alt tags, h1, h2, h3,….etc
- Fix canonical urls
- User friendly urls
- Nice Picture Gallery or slide show
- Search functionality for tours/holidays
- Can reserve the tours through a reservation form and I’ll be notified through email.
- Thank you email can be sent automatically after reservation is submitted
- Face book , twitter, and other social media icons
- Typography style and css style
- Show the British Union Jack on the front page, may be somewhere I can publish our phone number on the front page
- The top menus can drop down submenus
- Transfer my current contents to the new designs
- Customer can come back to the site when they receive my quotation and happy to pay through paypal. May be a payment form or a Paypal link can be added.
- Regarding url and hosting, I have another unused dotcom url. I think I need to discuss with you regarding the possibility to have 2 urls and moving my current hosting account to UK.
- I have SSL installed on my current site, I hope it can be applied to the reservation page.
