Website re-design

We are a global recruitment agency looking to redesign and upgrade our company website which has not been updated for a few years (approximately 8 pages). Would like to keep the colour scheme / branding the same, but just give it a a make-over to transmit a a more dynamic look and feel. We also want to improve its search engine optimisation.

The current website is in static HTML except for an intro in Flash.
