Website needs some minor tweaks

I have a website built with wordpress which needs a couple of things changed. I know a little about the field but the front page is a little complicated. I would like my videos to show on the front page (in a little TV image), and I would like to be able to change the story of the week at my whim. I want my contact details on each page in the footer. Most of all I just want someone with experience to tweak the site and give me some ideas. Price rules!
