Website Language translator required.

I am looking for a specialist website language translator to translate all the words on my dating website into about 21 most common international languages using either the manual process of individual words or using a software installed on my website to translate all the words on my site, but would prefer the cheapest possible option suggested.

I have a developer that can help do any code integration if need be and I require a quick turn around on this.
