Website Development / Programming / Design CSS already done!

Hi,

We are making a website that will consist of:

- Clients becoming members (our own log-in/facebook/twitter/gmail etc..
- Client can pay through Paypal or Credit cards
- Clients can post an classified ad
- Clients can follow other clients Wall (like facebook wall)
- Clients can do messages similar to PPH
- Clients can Search the database for those classified ads
- Clients can reply to classifieds ads
- Clients can see Location of Classifieds ads on Google Map integration on the website

I already have the CSS done and ready for you programming:

Pages around 55 (pages are the same sort, some with small details so its not a per page programming time consuming job)
