Website development

We are looking to start up an online business offering particular website services. The current site is basically an Opencart ecommerce 'shell'. We're looking to change this to a more suitable platform- possibly something like Wordpress.
This bit should be straightforward as the site has not yet been developed. As we will be selling a service, not a list of products, it would seem logical to change from Opencart.

Website requirements:
The facility to accept requests for the service and reply to these.
Set up a gateway and accept payments online.
Allow customers to leave feedback.
Email facilities set up.

All this is in its early stages, so we're open to any suggestions made by you as to the appropriate web structure and platform. What is crucial is that the site can be maintained and possibly amended by ourselves- so the back end needs to be simple to navigate.

Please don't bombard us with acronyms and 'jargon'- if I knew what they all did I wouldn't need to be putting forward this proposal.

We're a small company just starting out, so the site doesn't have to have all the bells and whistles. Just a basic off the shelf template and maybe a bespoke logo is all. The Homepage will just list our services and encourage potential customers to get in touch.

Please don't offer your services unless you're pretty sure you can tackle this- it's really fairly basic and shouldn't be a problem if you know what you're doing.

I will go into more detail once I receive your bid(s). Timetable is 2-4 weeks, so no immediate hurry.
