Website Design Needed For Our Site twoggle

I need a design for our site twoggle.com ...

While I am not entirely sure what it is exactly what would work best yet, I'm thinking something
like the designs on here:
- HaveAMint.com / PeoplePerHour.com (dark header & footer, but with white background (like haveamint's)

The design needs to include:
Header:
- Dark bg (similar but not same as PPH), preferably a pattern (much like PPH's)
- Must fit in well with attached logo
- Login user & pass fields in the top right (as with haveamint)
- Simple text-based menu items (like PPH's)

Main content:
- White background

Footer:
- Same dark bg as header

If we can get a couple of different designs to make a comparison, that would be great!
