Website Design for Startup

I am looking for a Web Designer who has very good experience in Fireworks or Photoshop. I am a web designer/developer myself but am really struggling to get round to designing my Own company website.

You must have experience with grids and know how to design to certain specifications. The website will need all elements including buttons, form’s etc all designed in with the ne website theme. I currently have the branding for the site but that is all.

I am looking for a homepage design, Inner page design and a blog page layout for archived items and then the item blog page. I am open to colour palettes and idea’s

I want the site to be vibrant and use certain styles. I have noted some websites below. I want them website to be unique and different which will hold small and large content at the same time. This website will be developed by myself onto wordpress so I want this to be nice and slick and tidy.

I have a decent budget for this at around £300 - £350 for design only as I will develop the site. We will need to discuss in more detail to the person whoever wins the job.
