Website design for accountancy practice

Hi,

I need a website designed with the following criteria:
- Will be for an accountancy practice. Logo and wording to be provided by me but industry standard images to be provided by designer.
- Very simple 3 page website. Home, about us and contact us pages.
- Can be prepared using standard templates.
- Website files to be sent to me but designer must upload to hosting site and ensure email is working.

If you feel you can do this, please give me details of previous similar work you have done and let me know a fixed price.
