Website Design & Development

I need a full service web design / development company to develop my website. This includes; graphics, logo, pictures, text, back-end quoting forms, contact, place for video (eventually) etc.

This site requires the ability to allow me to add images and text as needed after we launch without needing to go back to you - thinking wordpress might give us the best ability to accomplish this. I am ok with using templates if that saves time and money as long as they are graphically pleasing.

Social media connected - facebook, linkedin, instagram, you tube etc.

I also require this site to be SEO, google adwords, google analytics etc to ensure we are high in the rankings.

If you have experience with buying google adwords/working with search engines to gain attention that would be great.

If you feel you can do this at a more competitive price please let me know - if you feel it might cost more please let me know that as well but explain why either way.

I am willing to pay 20% down 50% more at a point we agree upon and the 30% remaining when the project is completed and debugged if necessary. Or a close variation to this method.
