Website creation and optimisation

Evening all,

I require the design, implementation and optimisation of a small website (less than 10 pages) focussing on Life Insurance.

I am a financial advisor, authorised to transact protection business (Life insurance/critical illness cover etc) and I would like to have an online presence.

The website would allow a visitor to input data, search the whole of the market, then complete an application online. The application data would then be forward to me (via email perhaps?) in order for me to process.

I currently use comparison software to complete current 'offline' applications, so perhaps this would need to be integrated into the website?

The second part of the job would be optimisation of the site. I understand that life insurance is highly competitive (as the majority of sites present act as lead generation sites). I would need some guidance as to how best market the site online, in order to maximise applications.
