Website Build/Design/Development - E-commerce, CMS

I'm in need of a developer to build a website that I have designed for a local client (rough visual attached) website will need:

E-commerce - shopping cart and whatever checkout system you recommend. To start with, UK only with free delivery.

CMS (any web browser based system, simpler the better) so they can add there own items/catogories and change items/prices etc.

jQuery slider for top main section.

Tabbed section as visual.

Search area.

My account area (maybe including order tracking and previous orders).

Links to social media.

SEO optimized.

The visual is only a rough representation and can change in anyway that will make the design work better or make it more cost effective.

I can supply all images and design items.

Would also be after an ongoing SEO contract, but not included in this bid.

They have had something very basic designed before http://jumpingjacksfancydress.com if this can easily be adapted this could be another direction.

I'll try to answer any questions as soon as possible, but please be patient if I don't get straight back as I will more than likely have to contact the client.

I have many jobs like this and I'm always looking for developers, I would hope to work with the successful bidder on many other sites in the future.
