Website build and design for freelance copy writer

I have started a business as a freelance copy writer and would like a website designed and built. I will write all the copy and provide all the photos. I have a domain name and hosting already. I just need someone to make it all happen - build me a website and design it too, I have ideas but will pay more if yours are better than mine. Budget is tight so the more competitive you quote the more I will notice it, I need examples of your work please, i don't mind if you're just starting out or an esablished company, I want the best person for the job. I live in Leeds so local would be good, but we can talk via Skype, email and phone if not.
