Web Site Designed

I am looking for someone to design my photography website i want it to be quite special i have an idea of what i am looking for but i am lacking in time along with the technical know how with things like dream weaver and flash and what not.

I do have my own logo, business cards and start design of a creative CV, i would like my site to keep something linked to both or priority my business cards.

Requirements
Strong Technical knowledge of designing websites. (read below for information)
Ideally lives in United Kingdom London/ North east(not a necessity)(Reason is i would like to ad as a recommendation in-case clients want a designer so ideally be in my area for that).
Not to expensive but fair.

pages required.
. First page, most likely going down separate websites one being my wildlife photography other being normal photography.
Second- 3rd pages. will be like a cover for both sections. ( Containing links to different projects, tasks and so on pages.
page 4- Will be the different projects so will have a gallery for the project descriptions and so forth. And a user comment section that i can turn on and off.
page 5 biography. about me, contact information other areas in which i can talk about cost of order a set work or how to contact me as a client for a job offer.

Wildlife page will have a general gallery with a search engine. so if someone wants to see work of a lion they type in lion( This might be better as a list rather than a search engine but dunno yet).

The site will have a client log in area. Basically Clients will submit me breifs or what ever this area will be for keeping them update on what i am doing relating to what they have asked for, when its expected cost. They can leave comments and suggestions here. Also need a means for client to get a notification every time their Log in area is updated. Note: If 1 clients submits 2 different briefs. both will be applied to same log in just different tabs for each brief.

Ok how i see the process happening.

First you contact me if interested and experience and so forth, after which i send you relevant information(Logo, business card design, Sample of my work, and anything else related and a more in depth idea of what i want.
Once the above is done your give me a quote cost/time sort thing along with a short description of what your doing and how you have interpreted what i have asked for sort thing.
I will then confirm or not confirm.
I will pay a deposit once complete i will pay remaining.
