Web Site Design and Development

I am in need of a developer to develop a new site similar to that of ratedpeople.com. It is for a different industry.

I would be happy to discuss further details. In brief i want the following in the site:

1. Customers to post lead
2. Vendors view leads as part of subscription or on a pay per lead basis.
3. a lead can be viewed and quoted on a restricted number of times.
4. the customer to be updated each time a vendor purchases the lead.
5.Vendors to be able to have profiles on the site and they can upload video and image samples of their work. These can be displayed on the website, depending on their subscription level.
6.take payments through the site - similar to this site i.e. people per hour
7. in the very near future to have a mobile app to compliment the site.
