Hi I’m looking for someone who can develop similar web site as the one below:

Site must be in English and Russian. Design and look must be different but the functions must be the same. All options must be same as on https://www.usa2georgia.com/index_en.php.
Site must include all functions and optional as on https://www.usa2georgia.Customers will have to create account with their personal information: Customer unique record locator must be assigned to each customer. First Name Last Name Address Country Status: Order received at US site – (When information is entered email notification should go to customer) Order is shipped to the country of destination – (When information is entered email notification should go to customer) Order Clearance completed– (When information is entered email notification should go to customer) Order is ready for pick up – (When information is entered email notification should go to customer) Site must have managed interface and search capability based on the information above. We also need an option to run a report on weekly basis with all shipping activates. This weekly report must have its own weekly identifier, something like year month date. Site must have an email notification capability. All forms must be in English and Russian In addition we will need a banner designed for this site.com
