Description of every page/module: We have a current website running a simple Course Management plugin which can be viewed at www.tvcvocational.co.uk
The current site allows people to book onto courses and make payments online - we don't need this instead we need a simple system where users can view a database of courses and filter through them. Also our providers can populate content through a form to create a course and make regular updates to this at any stage.
We need some user permission levels added for administrating data and accessing areas and the ability to generate content. User permissions must be created stating what they can access however can be applied thereafter to any existing or new user accounts with a simple tick box selection.
We will need an overall administrator permission as standard who can access and adjust everything on the site.
We will need a provider login - this will allow this user to login and adjust the course information on the page (adding new information or changing existing) through the form in behind. When they click publish after editing they will need to have a popup box appear asking them to fill out what they have adjusted on the page - this when completed will then send an email to the overall administrator putting the changes into a draft state and then when the administrator approves the change then the page will be published or adjusted page content published and all page specific PDFs updated.
We will need a teacher/student login which will provide access to a selection of pages/information which is hidden on the main course page until they login. This will be populated and filled out either by the Administrator or Provider logins however can only appear when a teacher logs into the page cannot be viewed in the public domain. It also provides them with a PDF with all the extra content as well as what is public.
The Teacher/Student login does not have editable access features they simply can see the additional content.
We will also need a button that can be clicked on a course page and generates a small standard PDF that is print ready for anybody wishing to print the data. General public viewing the page with no login will have a PDF generated from the content they can see of the course as shown on the page.
When a Teacher/Student logs in their PDF download will include content/information which is restricted viewing.
These will need to update along side the content so they are up to date with a clear date stamp on the document and in the file name. Whenever anybody downloads they need to have a format in a professional way with logo added so they are print ready not web ready similar to the content input form but with a branded page watermark - I can provide a full design for the look.
We also need a page where the Teacher/Student login can see all course PDFs at the same time and download them in one hit with full information on.

I have tried to be as logical as possible so:
any RED text on the site would be mandatory field for the provider to fill out.
Any green text would be optional - they would not have to fill out the field if they didn't want to.
And then when reviewing this information on the front end of the site - anything with a large blue P next to it can be seen by anyone viewing the site logged in or not and appears on the PDF download.
Any other information can then only be seen by Teacher/Students once logged in to the site and the same with the PDF this information is added to their PDF not the public one.
Extra notes: We need to start work on this immediately as this job has been reposted.
The final project must be completed in 48 hours however we must be able to add Course data within 12 hours.
