◦ 3 tiered stages (Midi, Mighty and Mega):
▪ All products can be chosen as part of the subscription (except rainbow juice).
▪ However, Elixir is 30% more expensive on the plans.
▪ Initial charge for 3 bags upfront then for 1 bag per month after that:

▪ 1 bag (£47 each bag). Delivered every 3 months (3 bags total).
▪ £141 upfront, we deliver then £47 every month after and delivery after 3 months.

◦ E.g. Select > Midi plan > £141 (3 months worth), then £47 per month.
◦ E.g. Select > Mighty plan > 3 bag option > £270 (2 months worth), then £135 per month.
◦ As tier 2 and 3 have 2 options to choose from, an extra page for the steps will need to be created.
◦ E.g. 1. Choose plan > 2. Choose 2 or 3 bags > 3. Choose delivery > 4. Pay > Deliver.
• Phone Orders/Payments:
◦ To be able to take orders/payments over the phone and input it into our system on behalf of the customer.

◦ The products will be delivered on that day every 3 months (or every 2 or 1 month depending which plan was chosen).
◦ Customers can only choose (delivery day):
▪ UK = Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday
▪ Denmark and Germany = Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
▪ US = Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday).
◦ The system should calculate the day in the same week on every 3 months.
▪ for example: A customer chooses a Friday and it happens to be Friday 18th, The system should remember that their order will need to go out on every 3rd month and in the 3rd week (around the 18th but which ever date Friday falls on in 3 months time).
• Gift:
◦ We will send out the Rainbow Juice (mixed Juice) bag out as a free gift on the customers birthday but if not possible, on the closest delivery to their birthday.
▪ The system would need to notify us so we can pack it.
◦ As an incentive to keep customers, we will offer a loyalty reward after every 9/10 months by giving our customers a free bag of their choice.
▪ Automated email goes out to the customer with a list of the products which the customer can easily email us back their choice.
• Emails:
◦ Each time a customer has been charged they will need to have an billing email.
◦ 1 Week before delivery, an email is sent out to the customer reminding them of their delivery.
▪ Also gives us the chance to up-sell.
▪ Add offers and/or coupon codes which they can send to their friends as well.
◦ 1 day before, another email is sent out to customer as a reminder.
• Pause:
◦ Add an option to pause a subscription plan for customers who want to go on holiday.
▪ Option to skip delivery for a 1 or 2 weeks.
▪ If need longer, the customer will have to notify us by call or email.
• Change:
◦ Option for customers to change a product during their subscription.
◦ Be able to change their day of delivery between Tuesday to Friday (UK (cannot deliver on Sat, Sun or Mon)).
• Cancellation:
◦ Customers can cancel at anytime. First delivery is paid upfront and can cancel anytime after that.
▪ However if a customer cancels after their second payment (first payment into second batch of delivery) they will not be refunded.
▪ E.g. first payment upfront of £141 then pay £47 the next month. That £47 will not be refunded.
• Recommend a friend/Gift code:
◦ In a subscription members email, a coupon code will be added which the customer can then send to 2 friends.
▪ The friend gets their first bag free when they join and only join a subscription plan (code gets £47 off total cost).

◦ Customer using affiliate code gets 1 week free (1/4 bag).
◦ Affiliate gets 10% per direct debit billing on the subscription plan and 10% per one off single purchases.

◦ A plugin that detects a customer who has not completed the order process.
▪ If customer has left a product in cart and quit the site, an email is sent out to them reminding them to make the purchase.
▪ Also offer a promotion as an incentive to completing the order.
