I have website using Sitemile Project theme Website (http://sitemile.com/products/wordpress-project-freelancer-theme/) and want to tweek the theme homepage, menu, membership structure and messaging feature.

I am looking for someone with hands-on experience, not a project consultant.

The developer MUST have experience with www.Sitemile.com Themes

The applicant MUST

1) Have experience & knowledge of Wordpress User Customization and be able to integrate the various levels of membership & functionality from gravity forms.
2) Experience with integrating chatting plugin
3) Previous experience with Sitemile Themes - http://sitemile.com/products/
4) Have strong MYSQL Table creation / editing experience & strong php / css coding experience!
