Hi,
I need a developer expert in Wordpress, PHP, Javascript and JQuery for creating an Add to Shortlist feature on a website.
I have adapted JCart (a JQuery shopping cart) to this, and it worked on a 'static' site but when I tried to migrate into a wordpress installation, it stopped working. It's causing problems with PHP sessions.
JCart have a Wordpress plugin, but it's outdated and it's causing errors.
Ideally you would just fix the issues with the existing installation, my PHP/Javascript skills are minimal - I believe that it's an easy fix.
Failing that you'd need to implement another solution.
Required features:
- The site pages consist of lists of services and we need to enable users to add items to a shortlist
- User can then click to go through to a contact form listing their selected services ready for submitting the details through a contact form, similar to ecommerce checkout.
- The selected services must also be included as hidden input fields ready to be sent to the business.
- Items must be added to the shortlist without refreshing the page.
- There'll be a counter located in a floating sidebar, which should also be updated without refreshing the page.
You need to include estimated costs to complete this work with your proposal.
Thanks
