Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Estimated project duration: less than 1 week
General information for the website: Sports Foundation Website
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of requirements/features: One of my clients has recently migrated their website to WordPress. I've been asked to bring a custom application form from the old site under WordPress control. This will not require any custom development, and should be a straight forward configuration task for someone familiar with Gravity Forms.
The form allows athletes to apply for support packages in partnership with different spots centers across the UK. The contents of the form vary depending on the partnership.
Tasks:
1. Replicate the old application form under Gravity Forms: http://www.gllsportfoundation.org/new-applicationform-new.asp
Note, the form will need to be dynamic. Depending on the Partnership selected, different questions will be presented to the end user. Currently only one partnership is live so you will not be able to see that functionality at present (I'll get a cloned version with all partnerships live for reference).
2. Each section under the header tags should be on a separate page. Navigation between the sections should be clear, with an indicator at the top of the page with progress. i.e. Personal Details, Sporting Details, Achievements within 2016 sporting year etc.
3. Fields such as Achievements, need to be repeater fields. Instead of having a fixed number of rows, the users should be able to add as many as they require. By default one row shows, and once filled in they should be able to "Add another achievement".
4. Athletes will be able to save their application form, and return at a later date to finish it off. (https://www.gravityhelp.com/gravity-forms-v1-9-save-continue/)
5. Admins will be able to download the submitted application forms via admin section
6. Admins will be able to configure which partnerships that are currently active. Only active ones will show up in the form.
7. Configure submitted application forms to be emailed to the relevant contact for that partnership.
Please only apply if you have demonstrable knowledge and experience with Gravity Forms.
This job will need to be completed by September 30th
Extra services needed: Customization
Specific technologies required: WordPress, Gravity Forms
Extra notes:
