Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
General information for the website: Pop Culture and Trivia List Maker
Description of every page/module: I'm looking for a custom built Wordpress plugin for my website http://www.pop-nonsense.com.
I want to be able to create a list of items similar to this:
https://pop-nonsense.com/2017/08/09/who-are-your-most-hated-game-of-thrones-characters/
but instead of it being a poll i would like users to be able to vote up and vote down as many items as they would like on the list. The items would then move up and down the table accordingly i.e Most votes at the top and least votes at the bottom. It's a similar idea to how Reddit functions and Ranker.
http://www.ranker.com/list/leonardo-dicaprio-movies-and-films-and-filmography/reference?ref=nodelyrel&pos=1&a=0&l=1433037<ype=n&g=3
Each item on the list would have an up arrow and a down arrow so users can easily interact with each item.
Description of requirements/features: I would like this plug in to have a couple of features:
Unlimited amount of list items. I want to be able to list as many items as possible.
Ability to bulk add items rather than individually adding.
I want the amount of up and down votes to be visible to the user.
I want the user to only to be able to vote on each item once. No multiple voting if they refresh the page etc.
The user can vote on every item if they so wish.
I'd like to add the list into the blog posts using shortcodes.
I would like the layout to look similar to this (https://pop-nonsense.com/2017/08/09/who-are-your-most-hated-game-of-thrones-characters/) but the Up Vote on the left hand side, the Down Vote on the Right hand side and the text in the middle.
Optimised for mobile.
The option to write a post for each list item and If it is possible to add images/video links into the list items like Ranker then that would be ideal but it is not a must.
example: http://www.ranker.com/list/leonardo-dicaprio-movies-and-films-and-filmography/reference?ref=nodelyrel&pos=1&a=0&l=1433037<ype=n&g=3
I would like users to be able to create their own lists but i realise this might not be possible right now but when building this plug in if the creator could keep this in mind. If it is possible could this be reflected in the price.
Similar urls: https://pop-nonsense.com/2017/08/09/who-are-your-most-hated-game-of-thrones-characters/
Extra notes: This is my first time using People Per Hour so I may have left out some vital information but if you need anything else then I'd be more than happy to pass on the information if you get in touch.
Thanks in advance.

Hello Tosh,
I hope you are doing well. It would be great if we can schedule an interview over here. It will help me to understand about your requirement of developing custom plugin and also, I will let you know our strategy to develop your plugin.
Thanks,
Dharmesh.
