We require 3 PHP / CSS customisations to our current X Theme - Ethos Stack Template http://demo.theme.co/ethos-1/

1. Top Header Carousel - Link images to pages not posts - customise rollover image posts text

2. Navigation Bar - Comment out social media icons and replace with text telephone number

3. Home Page Posts - Customise images links and post dimension sizes - may require Static Homepage instead of posts
