I am looking for someone that can do WooCommerce / WordPress work like a CHEETAH and has the Patience of a SLOTH let me explain :-)
For the Cheetah part:
You will actually need to know WooCommerce inside and out... This will be tested and I will find out in a few minutes if you actually do know it or not so please ONLY apply if you actually do ;-)
Now that being said you do NOT need to know how to make WooCommerce Extensions, or need to know how to edit the base code or anything like that, but you will need to know how all of the settings and features it has inside and out with the ability to explain it on the phone with someone even if you did not have your computer in front of you like: how to create variable products, change the prices, and much more things like that with it. That is the level of knowledge and familiarity you need to know about the WooCommerce software.
The same thing goes for WordPress as well. You don't need to know how to develop a WordPress
Theme from scratch or how to develop a WordPress Plugin either BUT you will need to know how to install them both and update them when new versions come out and need to know how to create pages and so on.
For the Patience of a Sloth part:
You will be dealing with 70% of customers that seriously can barely figure out how to send an email lol so you will need to be able to very calmly and clearly explain and or walk through it with them on the phone on how to make changes to their websites which FYI 99% of all the customer websites are EXACTLY the same with just different colors, logos, and minor wording changes and they are all using the same WordPress theme and plugins as well. So it will basically be the same site for everyone that you are working on so once you learn how the theme works it will be a breeze to work on. Which by the way is the Flatsome theme that they all use.
You will need to be able to speak and write EXCELLENT American English too.
I will have training videos for just about EVERYTHING for you too if you need to learn how to do anything with any of the settings of the theme, WooCommerce, and WordPress as well.
Here are some of the qualities you will need to have:
1. Must be very honest person... even when you mess up ;-)
2. Must be SELF MOTIVATED and actually likes to work.
3. Must be a Problem Solver and Resourceful on how to figure out the answers on how to fix an issue that may come up.
4. You will need to work during the hours of 9am to 6pm eastern time (hours may change but that would be the schedule to start with) 6 days a week.
P.S- You must do the answer the questions below to be considered.
a) You must send me a voice sample.
b)Do you have any experience with woocommerce? 1-10, how would you rate your skill level? 3. Have you ever done tech support role?
c)3. Have you ever done tech support role? Give me more details on how long and what you did.
