Web design project

We are a building construction company based in London. We undertake Commercial and Residential Building Works around London including Hotels, Restaurants, offices, Houses,etc...

We are looking to redesign our website www.ibexbuilders.co.uk. As we have been using wordpress for some time now, we would like the designers to design a very unique site which can work with wordpress which is installed in our server.

We are looking for a designer that can build a site that makes Good first impression.

The site has to be very unique and easy to use. Please don't use Templates because we will not accept ready templates or designs which can be find on the net today. We do look very carefully if your design is a special made for us or just making changes from other templates. Please don't submit any design that exists on the internet or modified templates.

The idea is to have a site that connects very well with construction but the same time it connects well with the London and customers around London.

The front page should be very clean, clear, modern, worm, and attractive. The colours on the site and background we would like to use are the the colours we have used to build the logo.


The front page should have the logo on the left hand corner and under the logo to have very thin line which divides the logo and the buttons under the logo.The buttons should have the bottom part of the Ibex Logo but it should be done in a color and not with real graphic pictures, this is to make the site as fast as posible, easy to load.

- Services Subcategory - (Comercial) - (Residential) Should appear when the mouse is placed over Services and when the mouse is placed over Commercial or Residential there should be the option to add other pages to apear and act as a subcategory.

- Contact Us
- Testimonials

On the Gallery page there should be a very professional away to display the Portfolio of our projects and divided, for example Hotels, Restaurant, Offices, Homes, etc.. The photos should load very fast no having to wait and easy to view all the pictures.

On the Testimonial page should be a very clean and clear page, each testimonial divided with a line.

On the contact Us page should be the google map, Company details and the contact form.

On the main page we will provide the text About Us which we are going to display.

(Main page) On the top right hand side we would like to display our company number XXXXXXXXX and under the number our email info@ourcompany.co.uk.

(Main page) Under contact details we would like a Contact form which customers can contact Us, the form should be very well displayed on the main site and clear.

Must have webpage facebook button on the main page but also option to add youtube, twitter etc...

Very important: The website should have SEO build in to rank very well on search engines .

Mobile support
More and more people use mobile devices to access the site. For easy mobile access our site should have mobile template.

We must be able to make any changes from wordpress back panel if we have to, for example to upload portfolio pictures, to upload the logo from admin panel, to change text, to add more pages if we need to etc..

The website should have footer menu links and copyright by our company.

Site should have spam protection.

To start with this project we would like designers to start working and submitting the homepage designs first before they go to far doing other pages.

All the copyright should be send to us on completion of the work.
