General information for the website: We sell electronics
Description of requirements/features: We have a shop built in WooCommerce that uses a third party plugin to connect it to our payment gateway at Barclays. Barclays recommended this plugin which we use: https://www.sellxed.com/shop/en/chf/wordpress-woocommerce-barclaycard-smartpay-zahlungs-plugin.html
However there has been some issues with the plugin timing out and returning a notice to the customer saying "We were unable to process your order but payment has been taken". And it keeps timing out.

The 3d secure timeout issue can be complex to track but the payment process can be changed.
What method are you using at the moment - IFRAME, can i see the site url?
