Hello Ivan, I'm UK based and I would love to take this up. Is this still open? I have submitted my proposal as well. Hope to hear from you soon.

Hello Ivan,
I think it's a script hack you're having on your website. Which is why they have suspended your website from hosting. Don't worry you have contact through customer support of you website hosting and tell them to make it live and when they do then i'll be able to quickly fix your website's script hack problem.
Pls. Note: I have fixed exactly similar issues before that's why i am pretty sure your website has script hack problem.
I will help you if you need.
Thanks

shall we discuss ?

Obviously your site has been suspended so a URL won't help much. However, it is important to know whether or not your developer used a child theme properly since updating a modified parent theme can break your site. So some access to a backup or the cpanel perhaps would be needed prior to being able to offer an accurate quote.
Also what is not included in the instructions is how to prevent this in the future. Your problem exists due to lack of maintenance. If you don't change that then you will just have this problem again in the future. You should consider adding regularly scheduled and automated backups(held on and off server), up-time monitoring and file change/vulnerability scans to the scope. -
