We want to refresh our series of websites; the most important being our kitchen website (number #3).
Ideally I would agree a cost for all of the work, but with a 'break clause' after the first corporate website is done - this will allow us both to see if we have worked together well and are both happy. I estimate the corporate website will also be the cheapest of the three.

Open to suggestions on other ways to structure this and ideally advise as to a preferred hosting provider.

1. Basic Corporate holding website, with company information and links to our products/services. Either maintain one blog/news section here and link to the other sites, or have a seperate one for each site (we're thinking we actually just have one blog on this site, for ease).
Current website is:

2. Appliance Repair website; current website has gone down (we have a backup of it, wordpress, so most content is available, I believe). Previous website had the following information/pages; Appliance Repairs -> Washing Machine Repairs/Washer Dryer repairs/Cooker Repairs/Hob Repairs/Oven Repairs/Dishwasher Repairs/Tumble Dryer Repairs/Fridge Freezer Repairs.

3. Kitchen website; the ranges we offer as listed on - we also want a prominant 'Real Kitchens' type section to show off our kitchen installs.

We are unlikely to do anything with this website, but there is a fourth.
4. Gas/Heating website; this will be a basic website; we may add google adsense to this as currently on hold.

    Hi Michael,

Is your budget for all websites that need doing or just one?

It was for all; although budget can be increased if required, for the right functionality/customisation, but certainly not for one; the main 'company' site will be extremely basic with little customisation.
