I need a basic Mailchimp sign up form designed, styled to fit my site, then embedded on my Wordpress site.
The sign up form should then automate:
* user is added to a Mailchimp list
* confirmation email is sent where the user confirms their intention to sign up and if they do, automatically receives a PDF guide.
* the guide is automatically sent in an email which also includes a button with a link to an online scheduler (Acuity) for user to book a consultation and a button with a link to a YouTube channel.
The sign up form should then automate:
