Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
General information for the business: We offer Continuing Education Credits to personal trainers online.
Industry: Sports and Fitness
Description of support work: I have a Wordpress-based website (www.freemotionacademy.com) hosted on www.hostgator.com that was recently taken down due to a report of malware being hosted on the site. I'm looking for someone who can remove the malware and figure out how it got on there in the first place so we can fix the problem and ensure it doesn't happen again.
I contacted HostGator directly and they suggested I contact SiteLock (whom they've partnered with) to secure the site and remove the malware. However, SiteLock couldn't guarantee that removing the malware would fix the problem and wanted me to sign a 1-year contract. In the coming months my site will be moving to a new host who will provide the necessary protection, so there was no need to get tied into a contract with SiteLock. I just need someone who can get my site back up and running in the meantime while I work on switching to a new host.
