I basically customise sneakers, and on my website parents can customise sneakers for their kids...i.e. they select the different trims they want, they can see what these look like on the sneaker image, they then make the order and I get to work.
My friend's company helped me build the website and up until a week or so ago it was working fine. But my friend's company has closed down and as a consequence my website has been messed up...something to do with expired plugins? A friend of mine had a look and said this...
"Regarding the plugins. Normally when plugin subscriptions end they still work, it just means you no longer get any plugin updates. The WooCommerce two wouldn’t affect anything, but the Gravity Forms Product Add-ons, and Ajax-Enabled Enhanced Layered Navigation might do, I’m not sure what they do although the latter sounds like it might be used for when you click on the trim options and they appear on the shoe."
Basically the 'For Kids' section on the website is the main problem which I need up and running asap.
There are three customisation options - 1 trim, 2 trim and 3 trim. On each of these sections there should be a plain sneaker image, the colour changes depending on which colour shoe the customer selects. Then as they select trims they see their selection on the shoe.
But the image suddenly got huge and out of proportion in '1 trim' and disappeared altogether on the other two options. And selecting trims and seeing them on the shoe no longer works properly.
I also need help just making the site more user friendly, because currently I do not think the process is very clear.
I would also require general maintenance and overseeing of the site.
