My client requires a modification to YITH POS plugin (https://yithemes.com/themes/plugins/yith-point-of-sale-for-woocommerce/) to enable them to check the customer out with account funds e.g. YITH Account (https://yithemes.com/themes/plugins/yith-woocommerce-account-funds/) or TeraWallet (https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-wallet/).
As it stands the options shown to pay via account fund however the funds aren't actually deducted in the background. I can provide plugin files if need be.
