Geo Bookmaker Comparison Rating Table

We would like to build a geo bookmaker comparison table to display and compare bookmakers similar to what they have at https://www.olbg.com/free.php (see screenshot attached). The table should be fully responsive and display perfectly on mobile (so please check also the example site on mobile in regards to fields to display).

The bookmaker table plugin should be set up in admin for different geos and should automatically display the bookmakers geo to the right IP's.

We would need to be able to set up everything in the backend for the table like logo, links, text, terms and conditions, etc.
