Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
My website has been taken down by my host, and this is apparently because it has been hacked and there is malicious content on the site.
One notable file that indicates this is hiken.php
My hosting provider has run a scan and below is the full list of what they consider to be infected files.
There is also a recent number of added and changed files which seem suspect.
I am looking for someone to take a backup of the databases on my site, and of the files. Send me the backups, temporarily set this create a duplicate of my site on one of your servers to prove the backup has worked properly, apps, content, etc.
After this, I then need the malicious files removed from my website, and ideally to have it secure so that they do not return.
Please tell me what approach you will take to achieve this.
Do you have a server to restore my website to temporarily?
Do you know the cause of this problem/hack?
How will you be able to fix it?
How will you ensure it doesn't happen again?
I look forward to your response.
