Enquiry Management System

I require some development help with a enquiry management system. I am using Wordpress and ACF plugin to build the site.

It is a directory site that lists venues, on each venue page is an enquiry form, the submits to a custom post type and store the enquiry.

I require help linking this with the user dashboard, so that only venue owners see enquiries for them, and then they can manage them, by ticking off stages, marking as complete, booked or lost, and being able to add notes too.

I have attached a couple of images which show the design so far. The data is pulled in, however it needs linking to the manage enquiry page.

I can give more info to people I think are suitable for the job. You must have experience of Wordpress, JS and if you have used ACF before then even better.
