Hey guys,
We use a system called PPS to generate the form found here - https://totalhealthclinics.com/appointments/
This is essentially an iframe however once a user completes the first page, we have some code that captures that info and display it in a custom made plugin in the backend of the site.
The code to capture this was also custom and in no way an option that pps offer.
However, we recently changed servers and since doing so, the capture isn't capturing correctly, it captures some users not others, displays different information in the backend depending on your browser etc.
The lad who built all of this currently has too much on his plate but has said it's just an issue due to the server change and wont take long at all to fix but we need it sorting ASAP
Thanks guys.
