I'm looking to get an integration between Airtable and WooCommerce (WordPress), but it can't use Zapier or other paid trigger automation platforms.
The basic idea is to use a View from an Airtable Table, then anytime there is a new record added or updated in this view, there is a trigger that creates/updates the Products Post Type on our WordPress site. This needs to be able to remove/change status of the Product on the WP site too if the record has been removed/status changed.
There will need to be a front end easy to edit settings section for our future use in case we need to make edits.
Secondly these products will be used as an Add To Quote product instead of purchasing directly through the site. This means there is no need for pricing to be used. The products will display in a table list with basic information as a default view and an Add To Quote button on the right.
We also would like a Membership Plugin/Platform so each member would signup, select a max of 3-5 categories that they can view. Then when viewing the product table their category restrictions carry through so they can only see the categories selected. From here the Member can still apply filters and sort the leads shown.
Lastly, this will also need to integrate with SuiteCRM, but for the moment there isn't a full spec for this part.
I would like to know if you can do this, estimate on how long it will take, cost and what your process will need to be for completing this task. Also what you will need access to initially.
We would also be open to the freelancer coming into the office, though this isn't necessary.
