Hello,
I need somebody to create a word template that I can use to write reports.
The template must have different styles according to the different levels and types of text (e.g. margins, character font and size, alignment, space before and after paragraphs, double lining, table of contents, introduction, headings, bullet points, conclusion, figure, table, etc.).
The template must apply the styles automatically. Figures and tables must be easy to insert and glossaries must be easy to create.
I also need an excel and a powerpoint templates to create the figures and charts that will be inserted in the report version of the word template.
The excel and powerpoint templates must automatically apply a style, format and colours preselected when I create new charts and figures in excel or powerpoint.
The templates must work in Office 2007 and Office 2010.
The templates need to be customised with a logo and colour scheme that I will provide to the bid winner.
I can also provide to the bid winner an example of templates that I have used in the past.
I will need the bid winner to format the finished reports on a rolling basis, as they are finished, to make them look professional. The final reports will be made available as pdf files that must be searchable by the major search engines.
For the pdf versions of the reports, I will need to be able to:
- prevent the sharing of the PDF documents (i.e. users must have "the correct license and decryption keys in order to view the protected PDF file" because I want to be able to restrict access to specific individual computers or authorise access to all computers.
- "prevent users installing one common copy for all available envrionment users".
- enable document printing on a document or individual user basis
- limit the number of downloads a user has access to.
- prevent copying
- prevent printing to file, email, PDF format
Please provide a detailed bid for:
1. creating the word, exel and ppt templates
2. formatting the finished word reports as pdfs with the restrictions I have described ON A ROLLING BASIS
