Troubleshoot MailChimp Template Code

Hi,

I have almost finished a MailChimp Template but have come across a brick wall trying to finish it. I am after an hour of someones time to finish the code if this can be fixed:

The issue - I am using the TOC merge tag and the links it creates on test send are default blue and line height regardless of what I put in the html. I am not sure if this element can be styled at all since the inline aspects are created on send merge.

Looking for a MailChimp expert ideally UK based who knows MC like the back of their hand. Before I start hitting my head against a wall.
