Description
Experience Level: Entry
Hello,
we have a HTML e-mail template that is not displaying correctly across different mail services/applications and needs to have its code made compatible within the next 2 days. The final template needs to be compatible with all major e-mail clients, browsers and mobile devices.
The compatibility focus should be on Hotmail, Yahoo and Gmail accounts tested with Firefox, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Outlook, Thunderbird and iPhone.
For testing we will supply access to an account for the mail service CleverReach. All test mails need to be sent trough this service.
Special attention needs to be paid to:
- the fonts being displayed correctly everywhere
- the margins (left and right) and spaces between borders, paragraphs and pictures
- the paragraph formatting
- the functionality of the links
- that the structure of the newsletter remains intact even without images loaded
- here are a few resources on e-mail-coding best practices to maximize client compatibility:

http://www.campaignmonitor.com/css/
http://www.email-standards.org/
http://www.mailchimp.com/resources/guides/email-marketing-field-guide/
A preview screenshot of the template is attached. We will send the HTML code after accepting the bid.
Looking forward to your feedback!
Best regards,
Pidder
