Description
Experience Level: Entry
Estimated project duration: 1 day or less
General information for the website: N/A
Description of requirements/features: Hi,
We have a Prestashop website running the 'Store Commander' module/plugin/add-on. Unfortunately we are currently unable to use the Store Commander module as we are getting an error. After checking with the Store Commander support team, it appears that we have some conflicting Javascript code on our website which is stopping the module from working.
Upon checking, it appears that the Javascript code is that of 'New Relics' (A server performance monitoring provider). We are unaware of adding any code from them to our site and need it removed in order to try and resolve the issue with Store Commander. (Admin and FTP login details can be provided). I thought the code might have been hard-coded in to the template files (footer.tpl / global.tpl) however the code is not there and I'm not sure where it's being added.
So, to summarise, I simply need the code outlined in my attachment removed from the site (and info on how you did this).
** Please note: This is a 'No fix, no fee' job - If you can't remove the code as requested, no payment will be made and the job will be reported as uncompleted. **
I look forward to hearing from some of you soon!
Kind regards,
Matthew
