OsCommerce and PHP expert - Fix email forms

Hello,
One of my clients has a (really old) osCommerce site and I have been helping him to migrate mail service to Office365. The problem is now some of the website forms are not working (my guess is these forms didn't worked before migration).
More details:
- If we have a new customer interested in wholesale prices he will go here: https://www.domain.com/application-form.html
after he fills in the application I receive this e-mail (a trest that I just did)
I clieck at the bottom if I approve the customer
then I go into the back admin automatically where I click "Approve and send"
until now all is good
However after that there are three e-mails supposed to be sent: one to customer who filled in the application, one to sales@domain.com and one to info@domain.com
System sends only to client the e-mail (not info and not sales)
After client creates the account and chooses a new password and logs in, again three welcome e-mails must be sent:
to client, to sales and to info
Right now the sysytem sends to client, to sales but not to me (info)
The files affected are (for now):
wholesale-auto-entry.php
wholesale-order-execute.php
I'm not sure if these are default osCommerce files or customized for another developer.
Do you think you could help me with this? How much hours do you think will you take this job?
