This software must be developed in PHP. Main components as follows:
The Login screen is the first screen that users will see and it is the mechanism to enter into the application securely. Password reset must be possible. It is possible for the application to be set up for more than 1 company / client by the Super Administrator.
The Home Page is the starting point once the user has logged in. If the user is assigned to more than one instance of the application, the user will select an instance as soon as they log in. The Home Page is split in 4 areas.
Dashboard Page is the area that the user navigates to from the Home Page. The user sees 8 columns which each have different headings. The Administrator must be able to rename, remove or reactivate each of these columns.
There are 3 different types of links that are embedded in each column and each have different data requirements, ranging from a simple to do list; a link that the user attaches documents to and some links that go to a document that has an Approval Template.
Approval Templates can be created and define a particular sign off process for the document.
There are essentially three types of users: Super Admin Users; Admin Users and Normal Users. Admin Users have more rights in terms of creating documents for example and deleting documents in the application. The Super Admin User must be able set up the application for more than 1 company / client, so that when more clients are acquired, this application can be set up for a new company. The Admin User is able to upload an image which is then visible on the top left of the screen.
It must be possible to change the language of the software easily per client i.e. French / German etc.
